Just updating the site here and adding a product review of a tool I've seen mentioned on a number of other Reg Software sites. On the reviews I'd read, it sounded pretty good. And the homepage made it look really good too. Error Doctor is a simple tool for scanning and repairing your Windows Registry.

I wasn't that impressed with the way it worked. But it's available for a free download - so you can give it a try for yourself.  I'm starting to get more and more of an idea what makes a good registry tool, and what makes a bad one.

If you haven't got the new update for this tool yet, make sure you update it. It's always great to see companies keeping their tools up to date and ensuring customers have the latest versions.

When I started Registry Easy this morning, to do some New Year cleaning, I found there was a new version to download. To download this new version, just start up Registry Easy and follow the instructions.

OK I'm off to run a scan and clean up my PC with version 1.7.
